Mindful Anxiety Management: Free Wellbeing Talk in High Wycombe
About this Event
Mindful Anxiety Management
Join Beyond Boundaries Foundation at The Front Room in High Wycombe for Mindful Anxiety Management. It’s the third talk in our Wellbeing Event Series in High Wycombe.
Explore mindfulness through guided exercises and the basics of meditation, and learn simple techniques to disconnect, recharge and support your mental and emotional health. The session is a welcoming, community-focused evening, and there’s no need to have any experience of mindfulness or meditation. Whatever you’re hoping to find, from a calmer moment in a busy week to practical ways to cope with stress and worry, you’re welcome.
When: Wednesday 27 January 2027, 5:30–7:00pm
Where: The Front Room, 9 Castle Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6RZ
The evening is part of our Wellbeing Events, a series of community events giving insight into reflexology, nutrition, intuitive eating, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. You can come to one session or all three, in whichever way you choose to care for yourself. This is the last of our first three talks in High Wycombe.
About your speaker, Kelly Saward
Kelly Saward is an accredited mindfulness and meditation teacher who works with individuals, families, schools and businesses. Kelly has experienced anxiety throughout her adult life and, when her youngest daughter began to struggle with anxiety too, they started using simple breathing techniques together, including the 4-7-8 breath. That experience shaped her work. Kelly gives people practical, easy-to-use tools to feel calmer, build confidence and resilience, and cope with stressful times. She believes that taking time for yourself is essential.
About your speaker, Denise Greene
Denise is the founder and CEO of Beyond Boundaries Foundation. She also works as a holistic life coach and teaches meditation as part of this. Having had to manage her own health struggles, Denise knows that building holistic practices into daily life alongside mainstream medicine can make a real difference to optimising your health and life journey, whatever that may look like. Denise’s passion to make this possible for everyone is what led her to register the charity to ensure others could access the same support, whatever their circumstances. Denise’s belief, knowledge and experience in the benefits of complementary and holistic practices impacts her focus and mindset in life and impacts all that she does. She strives to ensure her approach is calm, considered and intuitive.
