Event Description
Perimenopause and menopause can be a confusing, overwhelming, and often isolating time.
This day retreat is designed to offer you something different:
A space to slow down, understand what’s happening in your body, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Through a carefully guided journey of expert talks and embodied practices, you’ll gain practical tools to support your energy, mood, nervous system, and overall wellbeing—while also connecting with other women who are navigating a similar stage of life.
You don’t need any prior experience in yoga, meditation, or breathwork—everything is guided and accessible.
What You’ll Experience
Throughout the day, we gently alternate between learning and practice so you’re not overwhelmed with information.
You’ll be guided through:
- Understanding perimenopause & menopause
- Nutrition to support hormones, energy, and mood
- The nervous system and how it impacts stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing
- A gentle somatic movements / body & mind session
- Breathwork and mindfulness practices for daily regulation
- Reflection, sharing, and integration

This workshop is for women who are:
- In perimenopause or menopause
- Experiencing symptoms such as low energy, anxiety, sleep disruption, or mood changes
- Wanting to better understand and support their body
- Looking for a calm, supportive environment to reconnect with themselves
What to Expect
- A warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space
- All practices are optional and can be adapted to your comfort level
- Opportunities for reflection and (optional) sharing
- A balance of education and practice throughout the day
Important Information
- No previous experience is required
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
- Please bring a mat, a towel and a water bottle
- Refreshments will be available

Group 2 and 3 will take time to relax and recharge with refreshments while connecting with other women in a warm and supportive environment. This break offers an opportunity to share experiences, exchange insights, ask questions, and build meaningful connections with others navigating a similar stage of life.
