Mind Games a unique workshop designed to boost mental wellness and emotional agility is set for Thursday October 9 6:30 pm at the Safety Harbor Public Library.Created by The Unscripted Living Project this dynamic experience blends improv games with modern brain science to help build confidence presence adaptability and is designed for anyone wanting to cultivate joy in daily life. Attendees will engage in playful interactive exercises providing powerful tools for improving communication and regulating stress. This is not therapy but a transformative and fun workshop. No prior experience with improv or acting is needed just a willingness to try something new.
Participants will learn to:
