Help your child discover the power of a peaceful mind and a happy heart! 💛
Our drop-in Kids’ Meditation classes make Buddha’s compassionate teachings simple, fun, and meaningful for children.
✨ Each week includes:
🧘♀️ Short, kid-friendly meditation
💬 Interactive lesson on kindness & compassion
📜 Chanted prayers
🎨 Creative activity or art project
🍎 Healthy snack
Older kids can even step into leadership roles—helping guide meditations and assisting younger children.
Parents are welcome to join our adult “Meditations for World Peace” class happening at the same time, or volunteer with the kids.
