MindFree Fridays are a unique collection of sound healing and meditations to help you free your mind. Each Friday, a different meditation or sound healing will be offered. Sound, external or internal, allows the body to open on a subtle level. As energy pathways open, they are cleansed and cleared by sound. The pure vibrations of mantras, singing bowls, gongs, musical instruments, song/kirtan, is like riding the first-class train to peace and tranquility!Heart Nectar Healing Soundbath Description: Come on a journey of the soul as Lauren relaxes your body and removes energy that is no longer needed using a myriad of tools such as didgeridoo, Native drum, seed pods, hand pan, tongue drum, crystal pyramids & singing bowls and tuning forks. The journey will take its own form depending on the energy of the room, and you'll leave relaxed and rejuvenated. She's excited to see you there!

About Lauren: Lauren is a lifelong student of music. After twenty years as a professional musician, she discovered her passion for creating safe and transformative spaces through sound. Lauren makes music, teaches music, and practices sound healing modalities.
Since her childhood, Lauren has been drawn to the healing qualities of vibration. She’s taught hundreds of students to find their creative voice through music, and offers individual and group lessons. And using powerful techniques and instruments, she has the honor of bringing relaxation and rejuvenation to clients worldwide.
