Mind Dance for Everyone - Mental Health Promotion Workshop
Join us for a fun workshop designed to energise both body and brain in a supportive, feel good environment. We begin seated, moving through a series of gentle physical exercises that stimulate all areas of the brain. If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to continue standing or moving through the space — or remain seated the entire time.
This is your chance to do something different with your family. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just have some fun and groove along to some funky beats! It’s all about great music, meaningful movement, and feeling more energised, relaxed, and connected with your loved ones.
No dance experience needed — just come as you are.
Please be aware, all children must be accompanied by an adult who is participating in the workshop.
