Mind Connect Community: Summer Social!
About this Event
Fancy an afternoon of mindfulness, burgers and games - all for free? Then get your tickets for our MCC Summer Social on Tuesday 18th August for all that and more!
Taking place at the Botanical Garden in the Baltic Triangle, our Summer Social will be from 3pm-7pm, offering:
- 3pm-4.30pm: Soundbath session with Grace from Alta Sound.
- 4.30pm-7pm: Burgers, crafts and games for those who want to stay, chat and enjoy the sunshine (we're staying positive, there will be sunshine).
And thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund, all of this is COMPLETELY FREE! All you need to do is reserve your place with a ticket.
