FREE Experience Zone sessions will be taking place throughout the weekend including chakra dancing, sound bath therapy, chanting, energy healing, mediation and much more.

Our expert speakers and facilitators will be offering inspiring FREE talks/lectures on a range of topics including wellness techniques, stress management, spiritual awareness and empowerment.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in self-care at our wellness marketplace. Discover an array of holistic products and services including psychic and tarot readings and complementary therapies as well as organic skincare, crystals and wellness retreats.

Your entrance ticket to Mind Body Soul Experience also includes entry into OM Yoga Show and Vegan Life Live which take place in the same venue over the weekend. Children under 16 can enter for free when accompanied with an adult.
