Mind, Body, and ,Spirit

Join us for an evening of feminine union under the new moon to manifest our desires for the new year and express ourselves freely through guided meditation and Yin Yoga. Stacy and Savannah will be providing a multitude of healing outlets including a tea ceremony, vision board creation, and introspection as we work through emotions and desires on both the mental and physical plane. A bonfire will be held after the class to share and express freely, sip tea, make new friends, and bond. Come as you are; all are welcome.
