Mind and Body Connection Workshop

For women who need to pause and come back to themselves. When life feels full and your mind is always switched on, it’s easy to lose connection with your body and what you really need. Led by certified coach Emma Rebaud and yoga teacher & principal ballerina Roseanna Leney, this afternoon is designed to help you reset, realign and connect with your five senses.

This workshop offers a few hours to slow down, move, reflect, and reconnect - helping you feel more present, grounded, and in tune with yourself. Through gentle movement, breath, group coaching and creative practice, this afternoon is designed to help you reset and realign.

Together, we’ll make sure you leave with the clarity and intention you need.

Expect: 

- Guided yoga, meditation, breathwork and tapping (accessible to all levels)

- Gentle group coaching with embodied, creative exploration

- Tools to help you navigate stress in a supported space

- Reconnect & listen to your body in the presence of other women

- Nourishing snacks & drinks provided throughout the afternoon
