Mina Alvarez, a true foodie with a huge entrepreneurial itch fully understood that she may never be able to afford starting a dream brick-and-mortar restaurant, so she joined forces with her siblings in the summer of 2018 and started a food truck business. When everything stopped in March of 2020, sadly- the Toluca (Mexico-City) native also had to end her food truck operation. Now, with the help of her loyal food truck fans- she is working hard to maintain a full-time job as a dental assistant while also visiting apartments complexes, condos and neighborhoods with a variety of authentic tamales and a spread of scrumptious Latino food.
