Join the Teams from SoulFit Co Gerringong and Jetts Nowra for a fun, social, all abities walk to help us get our Community moving as part of the AusActive Million Moves Challenge. It's all about completing 75 Moves per day for 21 days.
75 represents the 75% of Australian adults who do not do enough physical activity for basic health. 21 represents the fact thst it takes 21 days of consistency to form a healthy habit.
This event is for all abilities, fitness levels. Enjoy our beautiful region, get outdoors, meet new people and have fun while improving your health.
