🚴♂️ Kiama Tour – Sunday 7th SeptemberThe annual SSCC L’Étape Kiama is back – 120km and nearly 3,000m of climbing through stunning (and steep!) terrain. Not for the faint-hearted!
🪪 All riders must have an Auscycling licence.
🕡 Roulers depart 6:30 AM
🕖 Grimpeurs depart 7:00 AM
📍 Starting from Kiama
📅 RSVP to this event by 30th August so we can organise support vehicles.

🧢 What to Bring
Nutrition:
Eat what you know – nothing new on the day! Bring more than you think (bars, gels, chews). We’ll stop at Maddison’s (Kangaroo Valley) & Robertson Pie Shop. Support vehicles will have water, Powerade & bananas.
Clothing:
Weather could be cool or change fast. Pack arm warmers, a gilet, rain jacket, knee warmers, long gloves, etc. Extras can go in the support vehicle.
Bike:
✅ Flashing rear light (front recommended)
✅ Smooth gears
✅ Good tyres, brakes, chain & cassette
➡️ Recommend compact gearing (50/34 with 28–34T cassette)
Spares:
2x tubes, levers, pump/CO₂, multi-tool. Support vehicle has a track pump & tools.
It’s going to be an epic day in the saddle! 💪
