Mill Creek Guardians

Inspired by the environmental ethos that permeates Tolkien's works, we're taking action to care for our local ecosystem! Join us as we participate in the Haw River Assembly River Watch program by collecting bugs and other critters from Mill Creek to assess the health of the watershed.
We'll meet in the Cates Farm parking lot near Mill Creek. No experience or knowledge required. Just bring your waders or rain boots and your excitement to get wet and muddy!
Afterward, we'll have lunch at Junction before our monthly meet-up. You are welcome to join us for lunch even if you don't join us for the bugs!
