Join Still I Run and The Well Being for our inaugural Miles for Mental Health 5K! This event not only celebrates the 10 year anniversary of Still I Run and 15 years of The Well Being, but aims to break the stigma around mental illness through running and opens access to running so more people can lead healthier lives!Participating in Miles for Mental Health is more than just running a 5K! You are a part of a larger community working towards improved mental well-being for all. Funds raised through registration will support programs such as the Mental Health Runner Grand Rapids Cohort, a program is designed for individuals who want to begin running while building tools that support their mental health.
