About this Event
In recognition of Women’s History Month, join members of the A Tribe Called Run community for an open, supportive conversation about running for people who menstruate.
This gathering creates space for runners to talk honestly about the ways health shows up in our bodies and training, including menstrual cycles, hormones, injury, recovery, nutrition, aging, mental health, and rest. The conversation will be gently kicked off by Dr. Robin Metcalfe-Klaw, a fellow ATCR runner and OB/GYN, who will offer grounding insights and prompts to help guide discussion. This is not a formal medical presentation, but a community-centered exchange rooted in lived experience and shared learning.
This space is open to women, trans, nonbinary people, and others whose bodies and health experiences are shaped by women’s health care systems. Come to listen, share, ask questions, or simply be in community.
As part of the gathering, participants are invited to bring a blank sports bra or other garment to heat press the A Tribe Called Run logo and create their own gear. Heat pressing and logo application will be provided as a complimentary, optional activity. Light refreshments provided.
