Hi OCR, Hybrid and Ninja athletes!
Join Signy Karoline & Leon Kofoed for an amazing full week training camp in (hopefully) sunny Spain at Mike's Gym! Here are all the details you'll need:
October 18th - 24th 2026:
• 6 night stay at Europe’s (if not the World's) best OCR facility Mikes Gym, in Marbella. 2-6 people rooms.
• All food included and served (breakfast, lunch & dinner) every day at Mikes Gym.
• Full camp training schedule hosted by Leon, Signy or both. Training includes running, grip, hybrid, strength, mobility and Full Mikes gym assault course test/training sessions (between 1-4 sessions a day). Training is a plug-and-play concept, meaning you decide if you wanna join all or some of the sessions.
• Great company of the Dane and the Norwegian, and of course multinational attendance from around Europe 🙌
Practical information:
• The total price for the above is EUR 1050
• Sign-ups are handled by paying a non-refundable deposit of EUR 100 directly to Mike's Gym. You will receive the payment link by sending an e-mail to Nikki at [email protected].
• You will organize and pay for your own flight. It's possible to order a transfer to Mike's Gym, or simply group together and rent a car (we recommend that).
• Camps starts Sunday around noon and end Saturday 11 am. It's very OK to arrive earlier in the day on arrival day and stay longer on departure day, to suit your travel itinerary.
Remember, you do NOT have to be an elite OCR/HYROX athlete to join the camp. If you wanna skip sessions and chill by the pool instead, that's 100% up to you how you want to spend your active vacation.
