Lots of international residents in Marbella don’t know who to turn to when things go wrong — domestic violence, housing issues, emergencies, health or just navigating the system.
This year we bringing all the people and organisations that support residents together in one room so residents can meet them face to face.
“Do you know who to turn to when things go wrong? Let us introduce you to the people and orgs that are here to support you in case of crisis, health, welfare or problems.”
Event format
10:00 – 11:30: Short talks from Police, Fire, Town Hall, Consulates, and NGOs.
11:30 – 13:00: Fair-style stalls . Residents can walk around, ask questions 1-to-1, and take away contact info.
A networking lunch will follow the event, 13:00´14.30at a discounted fee for the attendees, courtesy of Hard Rock Hotel's generosity with this cause.
There’s no cost to participate in the event itself, it's open to the public, although pre-registration is a must.
Sponsorship funds will cover set up costs and all surplus funds donated to Soroptimist to cover needs of local victims of domestic violence.
