MiGirl Ransom Lake Hike ( & Porcupine Poop Hunt)

Let's hike Wednesday, Oct. 15 at Ransom Lake! Meet at 5.30pm. We will hike the 2 mile trail around Ransom Lake in Lake Ann. We will park at the LAKE ANN ROAD trailhead. (This is a DIFFERENT trailhead than we've done in the past!)

Ransom Lake Natural Area, 5533 Lake Ann Rd, Lake Ann, MI 49650.

We will leave the lot at 5:45. I’ll bring something fun for hydration on the trail!The colors will be popping - but I want us all - most importantly- to admire the Porcupine Pooping Tree.

This terrain is slightly rolling, lots of roots and some black mud! Plan on a few leaps and screeches. Tons of fall color (hopefully by next week!). Wear your member pins if you have them and your MiGirl swag if you have it.
