Energetic Rainbow Sound Bath

Step into a spectrum of sound and color with this luminous sound bath led by sound practitioner Deb Lanning and yoga teacher Duncan White. Each crystal singing bowl resonates with a frequency that awakens a specific chakra: rooted red, creative orange, radiant yellow, loving green, expressive blue, intuitive indigo, and luminous violet. As the vibrations flow through your body, you’ll be guided to journey through these energy centers, bathing in their colors and qualities.

This special session is part of the Fall Retreat to Color and is open for locals to join. With only 10 seats available, you’ll experience an intimate circle of deep listening, inner harmony, and renewal. Let the rainbow of sound wash through you, balancing, restoring, and illuminating your spirit.
