Midweek Melt is a guided sound experience designed to help you release built-up tension, quiet the mental noise, and return to a more grounded, regulated state. Through the layered tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and resonant instruments, your body is gently guided out of stress mode and into deep rest.
You’ll be supported in settling into stillness as the sound moves through you, creating space for your body to unwind and recalibrate. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more restored, like they’ve had a full reset in under an hour.
