MIDNIGHT PROWLERS is a 2025 American short genre film written by Dayan Gurrola and Sam Spicolli, and directed by Sam Spicolli. The world premiere event includes three punk bands performing at 7:30 pm before the presentation of the short film at 9:45 pm. The bands to perform are: 1. Bitch; 2. Fantasy Lane; and 3. Helter Skelter.

GENRE: A low-budget underground SOV.grindhouse short/technicolor exploitation/psychedelic horror/dog-dream sequences.

SYNOPSIS: Fast machines & stonecold iron bullets, pretty tough pussycats wrapped in leather & chains. Led by Ivy (Lola Nevarez), these lunar vixens prowl through the sleazy streets at night and strut the streets of 6101 Hollywood Blvd. by day. Rory (Rhiannon De Anda), new to the gang, is shocked by bloody transformative visions of the moon which she must keep secret from the gang. These girls lure the local bar goons with thrilling action until easy action turns into hard luck. The night takes a razor sharp turn for the worst and on this cursed night, we'll see who really has the bond to survive. All happening in L.A.

WHAT TIME DOES THE MOVIE STAIRT?

MIDNIGHT PROWLERS starts on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 9:45 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm for the pre-show punk rock band performances by BITCH, FANTASY LANE, and HELTER SKELTER starting at 7:30 pm.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE?

Attendees will be allowed to enter the auditorium up to 30 minutes prior to show time.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Free parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the Gardena Cinema on the north side.

WHERE IS GARDENA CINEMA?

Gardena Cinema is located at 14948 Crenshaw Blvd, Gardena, CA 90249.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET?

Upon purchase, ticket will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment from Eventbrite. When you arrive to the event, please show the entrance attendant the bar code on your ticket at the entrance to the cinema, either by holding up your printed version, or by displaying it on your phone or smart device. Attendant will scan it to check you in, and you'll be good to go into the auditorium!

CAN I BRING FOOD / SNACKS?

NO! This is an indoor screening. Please do not bring outside food or drinks inside the cinema. Tasty refreshments and fresh popped popcorn will be sold at the cinema snack bar.

WILL YOU HAVE RESTROOMS?

YES! Gardena Cinema's lobby, snack bar, and restrooms will be open.

MAY I BRING MY PET WITH ME?

Sorry, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACTUAL CINEMA BUILDING, (where restrooms and snack bar are located).
