On December 31st, join us inside the Historic Hofheimer Building for an unforgettable evening of cocktails, live music, immersive moments, and a champagne-toast countdown to 2026.

This year’s celebration is designed to be an elevated NYE experience—polished, modern, and effortlessly chic. Cocktail attire is encouraged to match the occasion.

Inspired by New York’s late-night energy, this celebration blends elegance, excitement, and the timeless sparkle of a midnight moment. Guests can expect:

• Full-Building access across the Historic Hofheimer Building, including the Rooftop (weather permitting)

THE COUNTDOWN MOMENT

As midnight approaches, a glowing visual countdown and dramatic lighting bring the building to life. A balloon drop from the skylight highlights the moment with a champagne toast as guests welcome 2025. Custom visuals run throughout the night, capturing the energy of NYC at midnight.

All guests must present a valid photo 21+ ID at check-in. Outside alcohol is not permitted. We ask that everyone treat the venue, staff, and fellow guests with respect throughout the evening.
