New Years Eve Celebration (7:30 - 10:00)

Once again, Richmond Folk Music at Congregation Or Ami will be hosting our popular New Year's Eve Party as we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome in 2026!
Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres while listening to the smooth jazz and Bossa Nova beat of the Bob Blagg Quartet. The group plays a wide variety of jazz standards and Bossa Nova style from the Great American Songbook. They'll get you tapping your feet and dancing in your seat (or on the floor) as you listen to their take on songs you know so well!

This is an evening for socializing and catching up with friends, new and old, in one of the friendliest small music venues in RVA. For New Year's Eve, we'll set up tables and chairs so you can eat, drink and chat, while enjoying the music.

The event begins at 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00) and ends at 10:00 pm, so you can be safely home well before midnight or, if you're so inclined, head out to the next party.

The cost is $45 per person in advance by December 27th. The cost after December 27th, and at the door, is $55. The ticket price includes heavy hors d'oeuvres (including vegetarian items), dessert and two beverages (beer, wine or soft drink). Additional beverages will be available for purchase. BONUS: Purchase your tickets by December 15th and you will be entered into a raffle to be refunded your $45 ticket price. You'll receive one raffle chance for every New Year's Eve ticket purchased by December 15th. There will be two lucky winners! So be sure to buy your tickets by December 15th!
