Midiri Brothers Trio

The Midiri Brothers (Joe and Paul) and (pianist) Joe Holt met in high school in the 1970's, soon forming their first musical group, with the brothers continuing into a career that brought them much acclaim in the world of classic jazz. Over the years, the trio has remained connected, now celebrating over 50 years of dynamic music (and occasional shenanigans). One reviewer writes - "Listening to the trio, on which Joe Midiri plays clarinet, brother Paul plays drums and Joe Holt is the pianist, one can clearly discern the influence of another well–known trio whose members answered to the names Benny, Gene and Teddy. (Joe Midiri's clarinet is) a direct descendant of Benny (Goodman) and a reputable heir to the King’s throne" - All About Jazz
