Halloween Spooktacular!

Designed to appeal to the NPO’s younger patrons (and their parents), selections include “Mars, the Bringer of War” from The Planets by English composer Gustav Holst, “Funeral March of a Marionette” by French composer Charles Gounod, “Double Concerto for Violin and Viola” by English composer Benjamin Britten, highlights from Wicked by American composer Stephen Schwartz, “How to Train Your Dragon” by English composer John Powell, the main theme from Beetlejuice and “This is Halloween” from The Nightmare Before Christmas by American composer Danny Elfman, and “Pictures at an Exhibition: Baba Yaga/Great Gate of Kiev” by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky.
