A space for parents to explore how friendships are evolving, and how to support kids through connection, conflict, and belonging.
About this Event

Middle Matters is a space for parents and caregivers of children ages 6–12 to connect, share, and make sense of the middle years together.

In this session, we’ll focus independence. Walking to school, staying home briefly, making plans with friends, managing their own belongings ... how do parents decide what their child is ready for?

We’ll talk about what’s changing, what’s typical, and how to support your child through their feelings without needing to have all the answers.

Come as you are. Share as much or as little as you’d like over snacks and light refreshments in a warm and welcoming space.

What to expect

• Guided discussion in a warm, welcoming space

• Reflection on parenting in the middle years
