Fragrant spices, vibrant herbs, and bold flavours come together in this abundant celebration of Middle Eastern cooking.
You’ll start with muhammara and warm flatbreads while watching our chef’s demonstration. Then it’s your turn to cook! You’ll prepare Egyptian dukkah, tahini dressing, preserved lemon roasted eggplants, a tabbouleh couscous, and Iranian lamb kotlets. Our chef will round out the feast with shawarma-spiced chicken, a fresh courgette and fennel salad with zhoug and pumpkin seed za’atar, and a honey & orange cake served with yoghurt. Menus may shift slightly with the seasons, but this gives you a taste of what to expect.
Important: This is a ticketed event and bookings are essential. Bookings close on Sunday evening.
