Join us from 3pm to 4.45pm upstairs at The Loft, Eastgate. All disabled people (and their support people) are welcome to our monthly community meetings.This month we have two great topics:
- What is in the Draft NZ Disability Strategy, and how you can provide feedback to Whaikaha on it
- How to manage stress and fatigue, regulate your moods and improve your overall wellbeing. Laura Fergusson Trust will be joining us to discuss the qualities of mindfulness and introduce you to some simple practices you can use in your everyday life.
There will be time for a cuppa and a chat too.
