Take a nourishing pause in the middle of your day with this gentle, slow-flow Hatha yoga class.
Designed as a calming midday reset, this 60-minute practice focuses on soft, intentional movement, light guided breathing, and spacious transitions to help release tension, encourage circulation, and reconnect you to your body.
This class offers a supportive environment for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners—with plenty of options and modifications. The emphasis is on moving at your own pace, listening inward, and finding what feels good in your body. Expect a soothing, grounding experience that allows you to step away from daily busyness and return feeling refreshed, centered, and at ease.

About the teacher: Colbie May is a yoga teacher with over five years of teaching experience and a deep passion for creating gentle, inclusive, and trauma-informed yoga spaces. Trained in Hatha yoga through Shambhavananda, Colbie’s teaching style is soft, inviting, and rooted in meeting students exactly where they are. Colbie encourages her students to move at their own pace, explore what feels good, and cultivate a sense of safety and ease on the mat. In addition to teaching yoga, Colbie is the Self-Love Mentor here at Release Bodywork & Healing, supporting clients in building a compassionate and connected relationship withthemselves. Her yoga classes are a beautiful way to get to know her and offer the opportunity to see a familiar, welcoming face within the center’s community.
