ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
The middle of the year has a way of arriving before we are ready. We have been moving fast, saying yes, keeping it together. And somewhere in there, we have stopped asking whether the things taking up our energy are actually the things that matter.
Mid-Year Energy Audit is a structured, experiential workshop that creates space to look honestly at where you are, and decide where you want to go in the second half of the year. Not through goal-setting or performance reviews. Through reflection, conversation, and a clearer sense of what you actually value.
In a small group, you will be guided through four themes: energy, focus, boundaries, and wellbeing. Each one builds on the last. By the end, you will have clarity on what you want the second half of the year to look like.
This workshop cuts across both professional and personal dimensions of your life. The themes are relevant whether you are navigating a demanding career, a season of change, or simply a sense that something needs to shift.
Beverages will be served as we gather in a thoughtful space designed for honest conversation.

Mag EuaFua is a leadership coach, trainer, and former Brand Communications Director at adidas. She is passionate about creating spaces where honest conversations spark real transformation in teams, in leaders, and in life.
Originally from Bangkok and now living in Singapore, Mag spent 16 years in the corporate world before founding Flow Estate in 2023, a coaching consultancy that bridges strategic thinking with purposeful leadership. Today she supports high-achieving professionals in creating space to realign with what matters, release self-imposed pressure, and lead with clarity and courage.

Info: Teaching on mid-year as a reset point. Values exercise: participants select three values to lead with in the second half of the year and set one intention at work and one personal intention. Share in groups of four.

Info: Teaching on boundaries as energy decisions. Participants identify where they have been saying yes when they meant no, and name one boundary to set or reclaim. Pair share, full group reflection.

Wellbeing: What You Need to Sustain This
Info: Reframing wellbeing as a precondition, not a reward. Participants identify one restoration practice they have stopped doing and what it would take to bring it back. Open full group share.
