In this 90 minute session, participants will learn about the problematic nature of "othering" people and discuss how leadership through a framework of cultural humility can build a solid foundation for employees to feel like their contribution matters and is critical to the success of the organization. This workshop is highly interactive and will create space for participants to learn with and from each other as we address the importance of building an inclusive work culture.
