Come prepare yourself and your partner for your upcoming birth! This class is taught by local doula, Amy who also happens to be one of our birth assistants!This class will cover what to expect during labor, comfort measures, and coping techniques. You will also learn basic birth physiology.
Our class will equip you and your partner to have a beautiful, informed, and empowered birth experience.
This class fulfills the childbirth class requirement for MidValley Birthing clients.
Cost $150 per couple, and may be covered for families with OHP.
Space is limited to 7 couples per class.
Preregistration and nonrefundable deposit required.
