Join me for a mid-September slumber sound bath, helping you to embrace the shifting of seasons. You can expect all the trimmings, candle light to set the scene, lavender eye covers for a deep relaxation.
To help you feel open and relaxed to the sound journey we'll start with a relaxing breath and yoga nidra...leading from this I'll be introducing my hang drum, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and other healing sounds.
