Join us for Mid Morning Yoga, as we practice an hour of gentle yoga. Flowing through 20 minutes of soft rhythmic repetitive movements, to warm up the muscles, followed by 40 minutes of yin yoga to move more deeply in a relaxing way, into the hips, glutes and spine.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
