How are you feeling? Do you find yourself stressed by things that are happening in the world around you? We can't change what happens out there in the world around you, but each of us has the power to change how we react to things happening around us. We can develop a regular meditation practice that takes us on a deep, inner journey where we connect with the inner peace of our souls. The more we do this practice, it becomes easier to be less reactive to stressful situations. Connecting with the vibrations of unconditional love and gratitude, we can have self love and learn to give ourselves what we need to achieve a better connection with our own source of inner peace. Learn positive self care and learn to love yourself. Join us on Tuesdays at noon for Sounds for the Soul's Mid-Day Meditation LIVE IN PERSON EVENT. We honor each person's individual path.
