You're invited to experience the relaxation of harmonizing Australian crystal singing bowls for relaxation and letting go of what does not serve you. It's a great way to start the new week!
For 75 minutes, the sound bowl frequencies will incorporate Reiki, binaural beats and musical resonances into the sound waves and will support your body to release energetic blockages and rebalance your autonomic nervous system (a.k.a. "nervous system reset"). Elle will also utilize other instruments such as tuning forks, voice, chimes, rain stick and ocean drum.
The sound bath will conclude at 4:15 and everyone can take their time grounding and feeling ready to be back to "reality!"
Mats and zero gravity chairs will be provided, but space is limited to 12. Register using the ticket link to grab your spot!
