Align Deepen and Reemerge Polarity Therapy Workshop/Ritual

I'm excited to be hosting another Polarity Therapy Workshop and Ritual at Lavish Earth in Scarborough on Saturday March 28th from 2 - 3:30. Be sure to check out Lavish Earth's warehouse amazing selection of crystals if you haven't ever been there.

Polarity Therapy is powerful healing system that merges the subtle and metaphysical with the physical, with principles of chiropractic, hermeticism and ayurveda.

We will focus on the Spine and The Chakras, which will include guided visiualization of the 7 Chakras. Before we meditate we will look ot diagrams of the Chakras and the Spine, which you'll take home. We'll talk about the Chrakras correlations to spiritual, emotional and psycho social qulatiies as well as the physical correlations (organs, nervous and digestive systems) to the Chakra/Aura System.

Besides the Guided Visualization, the afternoon will include.

-Easy Exercises to Balance the Elements (Fire,Water,Air,Earth,Ether)
and Yin/Yang, Masculine/Feminine, Dark/Light

-The Ritual Will End with a Ground Energy Clearing with Crystals and Vocal Toning While You Law Down in Savasana
This can be for the experienced meditator and yogi who wants new techniques and also the beginner who is curious about holistic and energy medicine.
