At our sourdough workshop, we invite you to reconnect with one of the oldest and most nourishing traditions in food—naturally fermented bread.
This hands-on experience is designed for beginners who want to deepen their understanding of sourdough, from cultivating a lively starter to making discard flatbread or pancakes. 🥞
There will be a live demonstration on creating a simple sandwich bread that even the novice can conquer.
Rooted in the principles highlighted by Jamie, in her book “Bringing Back Bacteria,” our workshop explores the powerful role of beneficial microbes in both baking and overall health.
Through fermentation, sourdough becomes more than just bread—it transforms into a LIVING food rich in natural probiotics that support gut health and digestion.
Participants will learn how fermentation enhances nutrient absorption, contributes to a balanced microbiome, and offers a natural way to support gut healing through everyday foods.
