MFA Wellness Expo 2026

This event is being created as a safe and welcoming space for people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — especially for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply needing a reset. Through art-making, wellness-centered activities, and community support, we want to remind everyone that taking care of yourself matters.

We’ll also have many different wellness vendors attending, offering resources, support, and ways to explore self-care in everyday life.

Our goal is to bring people together in a meaningful way, encourage wellness, and show how art can be a powerful tool for healing and balance.
