For ages 18 & up

Set aside a little time to learn to make these small plates that come from a variety of  countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. You'll make a healthy dip that features roasted eggplant; toss together a bulgur wheat salad; try your hand at creating and grilling meatballs; grill chicken marinated with sage; simmer shrimp in a flavorful tomato sauce; and end the meal with a delightful dessert. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

• Baba Ghanoush (Roasted, Pureed Eggplant, Tahini, Lemon Juice, & Garlic) 

• Tabbouleh (Bulgur Wheat, Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Parsley) 

• Shrimp in a Skillet with Creamy Tomato-Ouzo Sauce

• Grilled Turkish Kofte (Lamb Meatballs) with Garlic-Yogurt Sauce

• Grilled Chicken Souvlakia (Skewers) & Olives

• Date & Walnut Phyllo Rolls with Yogurt & Honey

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
