Mexican Spirits and Cheese Pairing at El Jefe

Come join So Damn Gouda and Lot001 Brands at El Jefe Denver for a night of delicious Mexican spirits and cheese! Enjoy a night hosted by So Damn Gouda, Lot001 Brands and El Jefe. We will pair five cheeses with several regional artisanal spirits from Mexico, including tequila, mezcal, rum, and sotol. Upon arrival, we will provide a complimentary cocktail and housemade chips and salsa. Arik Torren from Lot001 Brands will go in-depth on the high-end spirits, and So Damn Gouda will include all details and tasting notes with the cheese.
