Sweetcorn elote – Grilled corn on the cob – lime mayonnaise, chilli, coriander and Feta cheese
Mango and mixed bean salad
Warm crispy tortilla chips, mixed salsas and Guacamole – Tomatillo, charred tomato, and spicy chilli
Mains
Fajitas – Spiced onion and bell peppers, tortilla, sour cream, salsa and guacamole
