Sink into a heart-centered experience that begins with a guided Metta (loving-kindness) meditation, inviting warmth, compassion, and connection - first toward yourself, and then gently outward to others.
From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments. The sounds will help your body release tension, quiet the mind, and deepen the loving energy you’ve cultivated.
This session is designed to:
• Nurture self-compassion
• Support relaxation of the nervous system
• Encourage connection, softness, and inner peace
• Offer space to rest, receive, and renew
No meditation experience needed - everyone is welcome!
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
