Maria Brandenburg will guide us through a Metta Bhavana Meditation; a Buddhist Loving Kindness Practice. Though it originated in Buddhism, it can be adapted and practiced by anyone, regardless of religious affiliation…As loving-kindness meditation is essentially about cultivating love. Maria’s meditation training includes Mindfulness Leadership certification through ASU’s Center of Mindfulness, Compassion & Resilience. She has conducted meditation workshops in Phoenix and Tempe and Spiritual retreats in Scottsdale and Sedona.
