The goal of Metro Cheese Club is to ease you into the complex but wildly exciting world of artisan cheese; away from mass produced and everyday household names, and into the thousands of variations of the cheeses you know and love (e.g. instead of buying brie, buy Mt Tam next time) made around the world with different methods, atmospheres, animals, (healthy) molds, and so on.
