Methods of Teaching Personal Financial Literacy with Economic Reasoning

This is a week-long economics and personal finance course designed for and by teachers. Dr. John Brock, an economics professor, will lead in economics content while a personal finance teacher will show projects and curriculum to apply these economic principles in a personal finance course. Although all teachers are welcome, this is a good fit for middle and high school teachers who are responsible for personal finance standards (business, social studies, and math teachers.)Through this course, attendees can earn 35 hours of professional development and, if you choose, three credit hours through UCCS for $300.
