Mete studied music theory and performance at G.I.T. in London under Edward Speight, a Jazz Professor at the Royal Academy of Music. After graduation, he became a professional session/performing guitarist and music teacher, collaborating with artists like George Michael, achieving a Top 10 hit, and working with companies such as BBC, SKY, and National Geographic.

He toured with shows and artists including The Stars in Their Eyes Show and Toby Bourke. His band London Blusion released three acclaimed albums, with, ‘Three is a Crowd,’ winning the IBBA best album of award.

Mete performed at prestigious venues, including Abbey Road Studios, and festivals like Cambridge Rock and Blues Festivals and the Great British Guitar Festival. He teaches music at schools, coordinates National Learn To Play events for Yamaha Music London.

He is endorsed by Yamaha Music London, Line 6, Chapter Guitars, Katar Custom Guitars, and Pitbull Strings.

He has collaborated with artists such as George Michael, Elliott Randall, Alex Skolnick, Albert Lee, and Aaron Liddard. Mete directed and composed for corporate videos and the TV series ‘A Traveller’s Gaze.’

The special appearance at Firs Farm Community Hub will include Mete and some of his fine band members. Expect some great Blues plus a Jazz/Funk vibe.
