- Check in begins at 6:00pm where you will sign a waiver and find your spot on the floor.
- Bring your own mat / All experience levels welcome
- We will have the lights low so everyone can feel safe practicing at their own pace.
- Class cost is strictly for class, so we'd love if you hang out after and grab a drink or grub at Burial Beer next door or upstairs at VISUALS Rooftop Bar
