Metal Yoga: Donation Based Vinyasa at Dead Rockers LB Jan. 26th

Classes are donation based. Suggested donation is $10.

Please arrive 10-15min early for check in. Class begins at 7pm sharp, doors close at 7:05pm.
Be prepared to sweat and stretch, workout attire highly recommended. New to yoga? Not to worry! Class is for all levels including beginners, yoga blocks recommended some props provided on a first come first serve basis. BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

You'll get the same experience as a yoga studio with the benefit of listening to your favorite doom/sludge/drone and stoner metal songs.
